Tennesse to Macedonia to Serve

  Alo prijateli i semejstvo!! I made it to Macedonia! This has been actually one of the most insane weeks of my life i cannot even lie. I am all of a sudden immersed in this wildly unfamiliar culture and language BUT what I can say is this is by far the most beautiful place I have ever been, quite possibly because it is the most beautiful place in the entire world. Sooo a little background about Macedonia. There are ~14 active members in 4 cities Skopje- the capital and where like 10 of them are and 4 elders and 2 sisters, Veles- has one member and no missionaries, Bitola-has 2 members and 2 elders, and Ohrid has one member and 2 sisters. I am in Ohrid right now and am literally obsessed with it here. This is a tourist spot and it is SO BEAUTIFUL. It's right on this giant lake, actually the oldest lake in Europe and it is literally the most beautiful thing. Our one member Natasa (Natasha) is an icon.   Здраво !!! Currently on my way to Macedonia ah !! Just waiting in the Newark Airport for our flight to London. This last week has been hard to say bye to my mission in Tennessee but I'm excited for what's ahead. Also fair warning I got 2 hours of sleep last night so hopefully this email makes sense... loll I love the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000. Imagine being the boy who gave his 5 loaves and 2 fishes. What if he had decided to only give 4 and 1 fish just in case there wasn't enough for himself. I'm not sure that I would have enough faith to give up all that I had. But look at how much he and everyone around him was blessed and even the millions who read this account and have their faith strengthened. Looking back on my time in the states, it's amazing to reflect on the countless times I have seen the Lord's hand in this work.   Howdy yall🤠 This is my last week here which is absolutely insane. I'll fly out bright and early Monday morning and will touch down in Albania Tuesday evening before eventually driving out to Macedonia.  Please keep our friend Savannah in yalls prayers! She was supposed to get baptized this upcoming Sunday but her guardian has not been open to it:( we know she will be eventually so just pray she can receive these blessings as soon as the Lord will allow.  As my time here comes to a close I've been reflecting a lot on my efforts to further the Lord's work in this part of the vineyard. I never could have imagined that I would have been here for half of my time in the mission field, but I am grateful for the time I've had here.   Zdravoo na vas This week has been GOOD. It has been hard, but so so joyful, despite everything that did or didn't happen. Our big sad news this week, our friend Roberto who was on date to be baptized no longer wants to be baptized or meet with us. It was probably one of the saddest and most painful lessons I've been in but it's okay! I know he still has a Savior who loves him and will give him the opportunity to accept this message again. In other news I'm officially 20... can't say I'm a teenager anymore which is wild. Our air conditioning has been going in and out for the last month... 10/10 do not recommend it when you go to bed and it's 90 degrees and 100% humidity and our bedroom is on the second story. Send prayers. Now on to some happy !! ☆We talk to EVERYONE we see. And since we live in suburbia, that frequently means while we're driving through a neighborhood we frequently pull over, roll down our window, and talk to people out on a walk. Well...
