 Alo prijateli i semejstvo!!

I made it to Macedonia! This has been actually one of the most insane weeks of my life i cannot even lie. I am all of a sudden immersed in this wildly unfamiliar culture and language BUT what I can say is this is by far the most beautiful place I have ever been, quite possibly because it is the most beautiful place in the entire world.
Sooo a little background about Macedonia. There are ~14 active members in 4 cities Skopje- the capital and where like 10 of them are and 4 elders and 2 sisters, Veles- has one member and no missionaries, Bitola-has 2 members and 2 elders, and Ohrid has one member and 2 sisters. I am in Ohrid right now and am literally obsessed with it here. This is a tourist spot and it is SO BEAUTIFUL. It's right on this giant lake, actually the oldest lake in Europe and it is literally the most beautiful thing. Our one member Natasa (Natasha) is an icon. She's been a member for almost 5 years and does pretty much all the translating for the Church.
Highlight of this week: Usually for church we have the elders drive 2 hours over so we can have the sacrament together just the 5 of us, but this Sunday, president and sister burdon came to visit Ohrid and brought their family visiting so we had 13 people at church, including our friend Linda who came! Literally the most people to ever come to church in Ohrid. I got to give a talk which was so weird because while there were a lot of people for Ohrid church, it was still only 13 people ahaha.
For those wondering about the language, man it feels impossible. I can understand approximately nothing and am doing good when I remember to say sorry in Macedonian instead of English lolll. Somehow I just am always in the way and that's the most frequent thing I say ahah. We had a lesson yesterday with our new friend Zlatko (who is SO COOL by the way, plz pray for him) and I'm pretty sure I said a total of 3 sentences. BUT it's all good, I love it here and I love these people already and I know God will help me where I lack.
I love you all mnogu and I love serving the Lord in this wild place that feels like a cross between Italy, Greece, and Russia🤪 I know there is an amazing work to do here and it is the most amazing, yet daunting thing, to look outside and recognize that none of the people I can see know the joy and truth that I do. I am so excited to share it with them and bring the light of the gospel to God's children here.
So ljubov,
Sestra Jensen
Here are a bajillion pictures because I literally am obsessed with how beautiful it is here. I'm not gonna even try to explain all of them but they're probably from either bitola or ohrid or albania:)) pic w president and sis burdon, sis jo (actually Jensen lol) and I twinning, sis chamberlain and I by ohridsko ezero, sis lea and I getting Gelato in bitola, Natasa and us at church, etc....
