happy orthodox pioneer day July 27, 2022

 allloo na site

happy pioneer day a couple days late, which is tbh just orthodox style bc their calendar is always just a lil behind. I've never celebrated it anyways so I guess there's a first for everything.
This week has tbh not been super eventful so we're just going to do a little picture drop again:)))
Yesterday we came up to Skopje for district council and so we also got to celebrate Danica's birthday!! She is hilarious and practically impossible to understand but #miracle I could understand so much more of what she said this time!! Enjoy these pics:)

all in all it was definitely crazy but a good time. Also she wanted to see lots of pictures of my family and when I showed her a pic of my parents she laughed and said: "your mom must have been mean to your dad because he lost all of his hair." I died laughing.
Here are some cutie pics of Mk from our many walks this week. Missionaries with cars could never understand ahaha

so something funny about Macedonia.... you see stuff like this a lot where it's half built but people still live in it. basically, apparently you don't have to pay property tax if you don't finish building so people just... don't....
Also a cool little collection of cool cars I've seen... although this doesn't account for the endless amount of Yugo's I see on the daily.

We went to this piano concert from this professor from BYU with our member Natasa. It was in a super old church named Sveti Sofia and it's from the 9th century. Dope.

quick little story: This week none of our friends we're teaching came to church which is sad. BUT we did have a cute little miracle where a guy had stopped us last week right before church asked us about church and we invited him to come. He said maybe next week and we didn't think much about it but then he showed up this Sunday! Apparently he's read the book of Mormon and met with missionaries in Stockholm for a long time (at least I think that's what he said???) Then we had another friend who we had randomly called the night before who showed up! It was so happy.
Anywho much love to you alllllll
My pday is wack and on Wednesday today so that we can go to a bunch of museums that are all closed on Monday. Anywho have the bestest week and remember Jesus loves you.
So ljubov
