Roadtrippin thru Europe September 19, 2022
howdy yall
it twas another boppin week here in mk except that we were out of our area for most of the week ahah
we started off our week with a pretty cool pday, znaci gledate gi ovie sliki:)
Monday morning sis Jo and I did a long run to this cross in Skopje. It was so dope.
quick lil trip to old town for some souvenirs and talumbi.

eve go talumbi:)) they're pretty much turkish churros except it's like a honey syrup vibe thing instead of cinnamon sugar.
then that night we went to Koziak lake and I am convinced I live in the most beautiful place in the world. we just missed getting a pic of our whole district together://
This week we went to Albania to drop off our senior couple who was going home. I ended up having breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a different country on both Wednesday and Thursday. It was wild. But I survived driving in both Tirana and Pristina where there are basically no traffic laws and crossing 2 different borders (only getting stopped once for Macedonian officials to inspect our boxes of Serbian and English Book of Mormon's loll). It was crazy.
anywho here's some pics from Ohrid. It rained all weekend which was wild. Reminded me of fall in Oregon:/
Our sweet member Natasa<3
Sister Chamberlain had an exchange which was so fun to finally be comps for a little bit:) In two weeks we'll be the only sisters in Macedonia which will definitely be crazy. But, I am continually reminded that God doesn't need us to be perfect, he just needs us to try. I am in literally every aspect not prepared for the change that will happen when Sister Jo and Lea go home. I don't know the members well enough, or the culture, or the area, and I definitely do not know the language well enough, but I do know my Savior and I know he will help increase my ability to do his work.
" ...I am able to do mine own work...Therefore, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people, yea, a marvelous work and a wonder"
I love you all, I love Macedonia, and I love my Savior.
Со љубов,
